When the game crashes it usually (not always, though) generates a Crash Log. A file developers can use to potentially find the reason for the crash and fix it.

If a Crash Log got generated after a crash, this is how you can get to them.
- Open the Windows Explorer
- Enter the following path into the Explorer's address bar: %localappdata%/GardenLife/Saved/Crashes

Please zip the contents of the "Crashes" folder and send the ZIP to us:

If no crash files got generated, there should be a logs folder that at least has some info. Please zip up these logs and send it to the above address. We'll take a look.

If you cannot find any logs, maybe we could deduct information from your system specs and find a similar system to try to reproduce the crash. Post us the specs of your system preferably on our Discord server or here in the forums: GPU & CPU model, amount of RAM, operating system.

If the game still crashes after updating your graphics drivers to the latest version, one other way could be to force the game run in DirectX 11. To do that

- right-click on Garden Life in your Steam library
- click "Properties..."
- go to "General" tab
- in the "Launch Options" field write "-d3d11"
