Hey Vhailor, the orange names are Plano names. Just check the "Fusion" section in the rulebook in the main menu. There is no real tutorial for them.

The game has changed so much since I released it in early access so a lot of game design changes were made and the element chart isn't a thing anymore. So there is nothing about that now, the element is just the playstyle, like a class you choose.
