Only mobile, not Tablet?
Couldn't buy the dlc on my tablet, so I bought it on mobile. Same account and everything, but it's not loading / downloading on tablet.
Please tell me I'm just stupid and not that mobile and tablet release is different again.
Any suggestion / help?

Solved.
Had to manually update the game from the playstore menu.

Could you please explain how you did this exactly? I have the same issue, but I can't see how to update the game manually through the play store.

Sorry, hope this still helps: Open app store, click on your profile picture, then click on apps and systems or something like that. You should then be able to select updates and it shows you available updates.
