Why are some Years blank[]

Hey! They are blank mostly because we don't have definitive years for what year they are set in. Whilst I see your poimt, I'm not sure if adding the 'by' or 'between' is any better, since they are unconfirmed and the timeline is trying to be chronological. If you look at Timeline of canon comics, and you look at "First Mission" and "Set For Life", does it really make it any better for the chronological order? Not a knock at the list or anyone involved in writing it or ordering. Perhaps we can put a note at the top of the page which specifies why some pages may have a blank year box or something, but I'm all for trying to make the lists as good as they can be, both to the Wook editors and to the readers Lewisr (talk) 18:23, 26 January 2023 (UTC)

High Republic 6 and 7 (2020)[]

Hey! No it's okay, I completely understand and I appreciate the fact you're trying to help! Yes the year is right still, and those still would be concurrent as well, I'll add that into the timeline page, thank you. That's great thank you, I'm afraid I don't really know what to suggest about your issues, but hopefully it will just sort itself out Lewisr (talk) 01:14, 27 January 2023 (UTC)

Battlefront 2 campaign missions[]

Hey there! I'm not really convinced that the timeline pages should be doing that, as then an argument would be made for putting book chapters on the timeline, I think this would end up severly bloating the pages. I think that sort of thing would probably need wider discussion before going ahead Lewisr (talk) 21:39, 27 January 2023 (UTC)

  • To use your reasoning for including individual missions 'there are chapters of stories that link closely with other comics/novels and films'. But it's not just 13 more rows from Battlefront II, it would then be the Squadrons missions added, and then missions from other games. The timeline is for media, not specific events that happen in those games, those would be better served on a timeline of galactic history page. All the adaptations etc do have a place on the timeline, and you actually are able to hide them by clicking on the 'click to hide' button at the top of the table.

Regarding 'Short story anthologies have the individual short stories on the timeline, as well as Star Wars adventures comics, the 2 different stories in an issue are split onto the timeline as to where they go chronologically.' the difference is that they are actual pieces of media, and not missions on a video game. It's worth bringing up on the timeline of canon media's talk page Lewisr (talk) 00:46, 28 January 2023 (UTC)

  • The campaign missions are like individual chapters in a book, whereas individual stories in an anthology book aren't really the same type of thing, the book is just one big collection of stories Lewisr (talk) 15:52, 28 January 2023 (UTC)

TIE/IN interceptor[]

I don't know why you reverted this, but the game has more than just the prototype in it, there is one on Kashyyyk Lewisr (talk) 19:10, 6 February 2023 (UTC)

  • I'm aware that the Second Sister's TIE is a prototype. This however, does not speak for the TIE intecerptor that can be seen in the Kashyyyk space battle when you first arrive at Kashyyyk here is an image of it Lewisr (talk) 16:55, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
    • Perhaps so, but we have no evidence that says it is a prototype as of now. The databank has often proved to be outdated at various points by later released story material, so it seems like this is just another of those instances Lewisr (talk) 18:50, 8 February 2023 (UTC)

Timeline edits[]

Hey! Thanks for letting me know, I'll be sure to get round to doing those, sucks that you seem to be getting an error but no worries, I'll make them Lewisr (talk) 01:44, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

  • Unless I missed anything then those are done! Lewisr (talk) 01:59, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

Image sourcing[]

Hey there, thanks for your contribution and adding image. I just wanted to let you know, that images uploaded needs to be sourced and categorized properly or it'll get removed. Cheers! Bonzane10 Sabine Starbird (holonet) 17:40, 4 June 2023 (UTC)

  • Hey again! I'm not sure if we have any proper tutorial, but this should be a good video to start with. I used this video to learn about uploading images back then. Bonzane10 Sabine Starbird (holonet) 18:11, 4 June 2023 (UTC)

Annual 2[]

Hey! Oh yeah I recall discussing some of this issue on discord before, for now we'll just stick with 18 BBY then Lewisr (talk) 18:50, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

No Good Deed[]

Hey, I'm not sure what the difference between one chestplate is vs the other, wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in that. And given it has Vader in command of a Venator I'd imagine it wouldn't be too far into the Empire's reign Lewisr (talk) 17:54, 30 June 2023 (UTC)

  • Not sure if those meant to show images but they didn't, but I agree that we shouldn't rely too much on these kind of things Lewisr (talk) 19:22, 1 July 2023 (UTC)

RE: Image formatting question[]

Hi there! Sorry for not being clear enough about that underscores thing. The name on the file page itself always shows underscores as spaces, but you don't need to worry about that. Just formatting the image names with underscores in the article, which I have already did when copy-editing your nomination, is enough. Hope this helps, and good luck with the nomination! RE: Just a thank you[]

Anytime! Also please feel free to reach me if you have non-nomination related questions as well! TanDivoInsignia-SenateMurders Anıl Şerifoğlu (talk) 01:08, 6 September 2023 (UTC)

RE: Thanks for the help with the GAN[]

Hey! No worries at all, glad to help and I hope it wasn't too much or anything. It was a great first go, so keep it up! Lewisr (talk) 22:49, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
