Why is this article tagged to be split? Aqua Unasi 20:09, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
- It has to do with Leland Chee's comments here, he says that the Republic Executive building and 500 Republica are one and the same. I'm pushing for a merge rather than a split, as Unasis said there is really nothing to split. Katana Geldar 06:06, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
Update needed[]
This article needs to be updated with the events of "Hostage Crisis."
Construction work[]
They appear to have been doing a lot of construction work on the Building during the Clone Wars, as [1] and [2] look like different buildings. lol, is there any in-universe explanation for its changed appearance? — beeurd talk 21:59, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Old Executive Building?[]
In light of recent new stories, I presume, it would be wise to add new pics of the Executive building. So I uploaded one. Neterwan 17:56, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
- Doh, so that's at least three different designs it's had? God, can't they just build something and leave it alone? lol. The article is a bit picture-heavy now... Is there any more text we can add? — beeurd talk 02:17, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
Appearance in SWTOR[]
File:Screenshot_2012-01-10_18_29_53_599769.jpg In SWTOR, when you're on Coruscant near the Senate Tower, you can see this building somewhere in the distance. If it is meant to be the Rep Executive Building, then it was definitely built before the Cold War. LelalMekha 11:40, January 24, 2012 (UTC)
- In Darth Plagueis, Palpatine only plans to build an executive office building. Imperators II(Talk) 22:28, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, but doesn't it appear in flashbacks in Republic 64? I think those flashbacks are set when Ronhar Kim was still alive. LelalMekha 22:35, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
- Ummm, Palpatine thought of the building when he met Finis Valorum in 32 BBY. Ronhar Kim died in 21 BBY. Imperators II(Talk) 22:37, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
- My bad, I meant Vidar Kim, the father... Still, I'll have to check that story, just to be sure. LelalMekha 22:56, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
- Well, you were ight, indeed. It's only depicted in the Clone Wars era flashbacks. My mistake, definitely. ;-) LelalMekha 23:02, January 30, 2012 (UTC)
