Root stew was a type of stew enjoyed by Ewoks. After Han Solo, Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker were accepted into the Bright Tree tribe, Ewoks and humans alike had a feast of root stew. According to Luke, it didn't taste as bad as Jedi Master Yoda's rootleaf stew.[1]
