Rebel Force Radio (sometimes stylized RebelForce Radio)[1] is a podcast featuring Star Wars news, commentary, interviews, and comedy that debuted on January 12, 2013. The show is hosted by longtime Star Wars podcasters Jason Swank and Jimmy "Mac" McInerney, who, following a six-year run as the original hosts and producers of The ForceCast for TheForce.net, created their own podcasting venture.[2] The show has been featured on official outlets, including StarWars.com[1] and Star Wars Insider.[3]
History[]
Star Wars Insider 149 announced that Rebel Force Radio hosts Jason Swank and Jimmy Mac would be Stage Hosts at Celebration Anaheim on the "Behind-The-Scenes" stage.[4]
Controversies[]
In July 2018, Rebel Force Radio posted an altered photo of The Star Wars Show host Andi Gutierrez posing with a mug saying "Fanboy Tears." As a result, Gutierrez received abuse on Twitter. In response, StarWars.com severed its relationship with Rebel Force Radio.[5][6][7]
