Or-Tar was a male human who served as an ore-duke of Shu-Torun, holding the title of lord. As part of a mission to take down Shu-Torun as an economic strike against the Galactic Empire, Leia Organa and her team kidnapped Or-Tar, who was impersonated by the Clawdite shapeshifter Tunga Arpagion. As Or-Tar, Arpagion infiltrated a party in the Abyssal Rooms with a disguised C-3PO, who used a scanner to scan the eye of Queen Trios.[1]
