"Millennium Falcon - Smugglers Run" is the fifty-first episode of Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures. It premiered on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel on August 27, 2020. It was loosely based on the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run theme park attraction at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Plot summary[]
At Black Spire Outpost, Hondo Ohnaka and Chewbacca recruit three human flight crew for the Millennium Falcon. The three recruits consist of a young lad with dark hair and two girls with orange and brown hair. Hondo claims that he is running a company called Ohnaka Transport Solutions. He tells them that he needs a flight crew to help him obtain some valuable merchandise. Hondo asks if they are up to the challenge and the boy rubs his hand behind his head.
Hondo's new crew
Hondo tells the flight crew that Chewbacca has "graciously" lent them his ship. The three youths prepare the Falcon for take-off with the orange haired girl and the dark haired youth serving as pilot and co-pilot. Despite Hondo cautioning them not to damage the ship's paint job, the crewers scrape the ship against a building. The youths take the Falcon into hyperspace.
They travel to a planet that serves as a spaceport for First Order Star Destroyers. Flying past a Star Destroyer, the youths spot a hovertrain racing across a bridge. They use the Falcon's retractable chains to lift a carriage containing the merchandise, earning the praise of Hondo who speaks over the comlink.
Shortly later, they are pursued by three TIE/fo space superiority fighters. The brown haired girl races to the rear gun station and engages the pursuing TIE fighters. In the cockpit, the orange-haired girl takes evasive action, swinging the crate against one of the TIE fighters which crashes into a building and explodes. Hondo laughs over the comlink.
The flight crew return with the Falcon to Black Spire Outpost. Hondo praises them for bringing the Falcon back in one piece. However, one of the landing struts breaks down, causing the ship to tilt on its port side. Chewbacca roars and raises his arms. Hondo tries to reassure the Wookiee that "It's really not so bad."
