Ibleam was the primary star of the Endor system, located in the Moddell sector of the Inner Zuma Region on the Outer Rim of the galaxy. It was orbited by four planets, none of which were habitable. However, the forest moon of Endor possessed a breathable atmosphere and was teeming with life, most notably the sentient species known as Ewoks, who played a vital role in the defeat of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War.
