Harli Cogra was a Vurk Jedi Master of the Jedi Order who lived during the High Republic Era. In the weeks following the destruction of Starlight Beacon^[1] in 230 BBY,^[2] Cogra began work on the Chronicles of the Jedi, a document which detailed the Jedi of the High Republic and their exploits to ensure that their bravery and sacrifices were remembered.^[1]

Harli Cogra was skilled enough in the use of the Force to have attained the rank of Jedi Master. Cogra viewed the Force as art, sensing flowing brushstrokes that gave the galaxy form in shape and color.^[1]
