The CX Dagger vessel[3] was used by the Clone X trooper division of the Galactic Empire[2] in around 18 BBY.[4] It was dagger-shaped and featured twin red-colored engines in the back. It could be remotely-controlled by a computer built in the arms of the Clone X troopers' armor, with features including providing a long-range communications boost to the assassins. It also possessed stealth functions that could hide the ship from sensors.[5] CX-2 used one such starship as a transport to the planet Teth.[2] During the skirmish on Wayland, Dr. Royce Hemlock took CX-2's remote device to summon a CX Dagger vessel to take himself, Commander Scorch and Omega from Tantiss Base, only for Hunter and Crosshair to shoot both its engines, causing the vessel to crash.[6]

  4. Per the reasoning here, Season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch takes place around 18 BBY. The tally marks made by Omega in The Bad Batch Season 3's first episode, "Confined," indicate the episode must take place at least 21 standard days following her capture, as depicted in the Season 2 episode "Plan 99." According to StarWars "Confined" Trivia Guide | Star Wars The Bad Batch on StarWars.com (backup link), Omega then spends about one hundred and sixty-four further days in captivity by the end of "Confined." As such, the events of Season 3 must begin around 18 BBY and carry on from there.
