After you're finished with the beach section, you will then arrive at a barn. Once you have made it to the barn, walk on the left side of the barn where the fence is and you should see a bird. Get close to the bird and you will be prompted to take a photo. Once you have taken the photo the trophy will unlock. 

If the bird flies away before you can take the photo, use your rewind powers to a point before the bird flew away.
