Can WPMU DEV members resell domains?

Absolutely! Anyone can do it manually, or Agency members can automate domain reselling using our fully white labeled reseller platform. Learn more.

Can I set my domain to auto-renew?

Yes, you can! Domains set to auto-renew will renew 7 days before expiry.

What happens when a domain expires?

When a domain expires, there is a 40-day grace period for renewal at regular cost. If not renewed, it enters a 30-day redemption period.

What’s the maximum registration period for a domain?

Domains can be purchased and renewed for up to 10 years in advance. For more info, refer to the registration terms section in our domains documentation.

Do you support premium or Internationalized Domain Names (IDN)?

Currently, we do not offer premium domains or IDNs.

Can I transfer domains to and from WPMU DEV?

Certainly! To transfer domains to WPMU DEV, visit the Domains page in The Hub and follow the prompts. For transferring away, our support team can assist with the required Auth/Transfer Code.

Can a domain be transferred from one WPMU DEV account to another?

Currently, no. But we do have plans to support this type of transfer in the future.

Do you provide refunds for domain purchases?

Refunds are unavailable for domain-related payments due to circumstances out of our control. Contact our support team for assistance and refer to our refund policy.

Will TLD pricing ever change?

TLD prices may change due to external registry updates. We’ll notify you ahead of time through email and our price updates page. You can secure current pricing for up to 10 years by registering/renewing domains in advance.
