The service is absolutely terrible. My payments never go through and have to go through a whole process every time. I have a full time job amd do gigs on the side, but the service doesn't even allow me to keep up during orders and most of the time I can't recieve them. I have 4 lines somehow when I'm the only person. My info was breached and much more.

I've always had problems with this app. Sometimes I can't even get it open. The problems have only gotten worse since the new update. I can't load pages. I can't chat. I have to log in every time as it never remembers my device anymore and IF I get passed that page, it's a miracle if anything else works. It took me trying at different tines over two days just to make a payment.

Not about the app, but the wireless device: A nice concept, but it's SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes at 300+ Mbps. At others, 0.5- Mbps. And at other times, none at all. …It's SUPER FRUSTRATING!! All I want in this house, is consistency. I would accept, like… 30 Mbps, flat, all the time, with no wavering. Anything where websites/apps still remain functioning (without it *constantly* dropping out, when T-Mobile isn't in the right "mood").
