The login process doesn't work. I've used the app frequently since its inception and now I can't login at all. Usually I never even receive the authentication email. When I do get the email and click on the link it loads the app and just hangs on a white screen. Even if it did work, it would be an annoying process. Very disappointing. Now I get Publix fried chicken.

This app sucks half the time it does not work. The other half has the wrong prices. Sometimes, it has offers, but when you go to redeem it, it just goes away and won't actually let you redeem the offer. Had a push notification for an offer, went to redeem it, and it would not let me order, then I reopened it, and it would let me order, but the offer was gone.

The app used to be easy to login to. Now I have to enter my email in the app, switch to my email client to click the link (sending me to my browser), then FINALLY clicking a button to get back to the app. Way more complex than most other apps. I addition, the last order I made on this didn't mention the store was closed, and there is no way to cancel the order in the app. Hopefully I won't be charged for it. I will delete the app in a few minutes and not go back to KFC for quite some time.
