This is one of the worst user experiences I have ever scene. And the navigation is terrible. Furthermore, its unbelievably upsetting when you can't place an order despite trying to order on a second device. Just keeps saying the price wasn't right, and it has been updated. Then the price doesn't change and endless loop. Just wanted to use my damn BDay reward.

Terrible. Order in person. If anything is wrong, missing, or out of stock you WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Also, you may get an automated free drink or chips, but not the value of your order. And you can't get any further assistance once the credit is dispensed BY A BOT. This same issue has been present for years now. As was a fan of Chipotle for so many years, this (and issues in-store) has unfortunately ended that.

The app is not the most consistent. It frequently has issues logging in or completing simple tasks. I've missed out on quite a lot of points because the apps inability to work right. When it works, it works fine. Before leaving a review I wanted to make sure I was being fair. So I logged on 5 times and gave a star for every time it worked.
