Publication History

The Musical Times began in 1844 as The Musical Times and Singing Class Circular, though it used The Musical Times as a short title even early on. The full name officially shortened to The Musical Times in the early 20th century. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It is still published today.
