The Bulletin of the Arkansas Teachers Association was a publication of a predominantly African American teachers organization in the 20th century.

Publication History

The Arkansas Teachers Association was founded in 1898 as the State Colored Teachers Association of Arkansas. It became the Association of Teachers of Negro Youth of Arkansas somewhere around 1930, and became the Arkansas Teachers Association in 1938. The Bulletin also began around 1930 (under the title of the Association at the time), and ran until 1968, when the Arkansas Teachers Assocation was absorbed into the Arkansas Education Association. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial.
