June 2024 Nintendo Direct live stream, live blog

With the June 2024 Nintendo Direct starting in just an hour, we’ve set up a live stream as well as a live blog. As a reminder, the event begins at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe.

Nintendo says that the 40-minute presentation will focus on Switch games launching in the second half of 2024. There will be no mention of the system’s successor here.

You can watch the June 2024 Nintendo Direct live stream as it happens below – we’ve got the North American, European, and Japanese broadcasts. Mario & Luigi: Brothership announced for Switch, coming November 7, 2024. It’s an oceanic adventure with brand new Bros. moves to use in battle.

Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition gets an overview trailer. There’s new classified information including tips for speedrunning each game. You can also play Survival Mode online against other players.

Fairy Tail 2 gets an overview trailer. Available this Winter.

Fantastian Neo Dimension gets an overview trailer.

Basketball is coming to Nintendo Switch Sports as a free update using motion controls. Coming Summer 2024.

Disney Illusion Island has revealed the “Mystery in Monoth” update, dropping later today.

Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports has been announced, coming in fall.

Farmagia is coming to Switch on November 1.

Donkey Kong Country Returns is coming to Nintendo Switch in January 2025.

Dragon Quest III HD-2d releases in November, while Dragon Quest 1 & II HD-2D Remake is coming later in 2025.

Darkest Dungeon II has been confirmed for Switch, coming July 15.

Metal Slug Reloaded is coming to Switch later today.

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords, Metroid: Zero Mission, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, and Perfect Dark are coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack later today.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is coming to Switch. It includes 20-player modes plus some motion control mini-games. It’s coming on October 17, 2024.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is coming to Switch on September 26, 2024. It lets players play as Zelda for the first time. A New Switch Lite Hyrule Edition is coming on the same day as well.

Just Dance 2025 is heading to Switch too, coming in October.

A port of Stray is coming in Winter 2024.

Ace Attorney Investigations is coming to Switch on September 6, 2024. These games have never seen an English release.

From the creators of Danganronpa comes comes The Hundred Line Last Defense Academy for 2025.

Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is coming to Switch from Square Enix on October 24, 2024.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond also received its initial trailer, and it’s coming in 2025. No specific release date has been given yet.
