Scaramouche, once known as the notorious sixth Fatui Harbinger, has emerged as a highly debated character within the Genshin Impact community.

Upon their initial encounter with him, players are introduced to Scaramouche, a mysterious figure who appears unexpectedly. Shortly after, the five-star Hydro Astrologist Mona intervenes, sensing his evil intentions, and swiftly removes them to safety. 

The next significant encounter with Scaramouche unfolds during chapter two of the Inazuma Archon questline, revealing his involvement in sowing chaos and fostering discord between the Watatsumi Army and the Shogunate within Inazuma.

Scaramouche becomes a significant antagonist in Sumeru, confronting players in his formidable Shouki no Kami manifestation within the Joururi Workshop. Here, he kidnaps a colossal mechanical beast, aspiring to attain artificial godhood. 

However, his ambitions are thwarted when the Traveler and Nahida, the Dendro Archon, intervene just in time, leading to his defeat. Subsequently, he lapses into a comatose state.

Despite his criminal actions, Scaramouche’s character is far from simplistic, as players uncover a tragic and intricate backstory. Created by Ei, the Electro Archon of Inazuma, Scaramouche was initially intended to hold her Gnosis. 

Still, it was deemed unfit due to his perceived weakness, which Ei witnessed when he cried. Released and abandoned, Scaramouche wandered as a lost soul, grappling with feelings of failure. 

His journey was marred by multiple betrayals from those he trusted, leading him to harbor deep bitterness and anger towards the gods and humanity. This tumultuous path ultimately led him to align with the Fatui Harbingers.

After emerging from his comatose state, Scaramouche learns that Il Dottore, another Fatui Harbinger, orchestrated many of his perceived betrayals and misfortunes. 

Fueled by rage and a desire for revenge against Il Dottore, Scaramouche renounces his role as a Fatui Harbinger. Instead, he chooses to ally himself with the Traveler, transforming into the “Wanderer.” 

Now a five-star Anemo Catalyst character available for players to recruit, Scaramouche embarks on a new path, driven by his quest for vengeance and redemption.

What is Wanderer’s height in Genshin Impact?

Scaramouche, now known as Wanderer, underwent a redesign to align with his new Anemo Vision, modified personality, and overall storyline. Despite several alterations to his appearance, his height has remained unchanged.

Genshin Impact isn’t a one-size-fits-all world!  Characters come in all shapes and sizes, from towering figures like Diluc, the fiery claymore wielder, to the pint-sized powerhouse Nahida, who commands the power of Dendro.

Based on community estimates derived from character model sizes and associated heights, Scaramouche is believed to stand around 5’4″ or 5’5″.

After years of anticipation and speculation about Scaramouche becoming a playable character, 

the Genshin Impact community’s wishes were finally granted. He now makes his long-awaited debut as the Wanderer in the “From Ashes Reborn” banner. 

Players eager to explore his distinctive Anemo abilities or curious about his height can summon him throughout the banner period, which concludes on December 27th.

Considering Genshin Impact’s typical release patterns, it’s expected that Wanderer will not return for a while after his current banner ends.
