Yeah, sure, the response is prompt, but the quality of answers you get may not be enough to resolve your problem. 

Furthermore, Namecheap has no phone assistance, so don’t even bother looking for a phone number to reach.

GoDaddy

The 24/7 phone support and the live chat feature are significant advantages for GoDaddy. However, some say they take too long to respond, and you rarely know if you’ll receive a prompt reply. With that, GoDaddy’s customer service is a little inconsistent. Nonetheless, shoot that question and wait if you have the time. 

Winner: 

Both Namecheap and GoDaddy have inconsistent support, but I’d recommend the latter because of its 24/7 phone and live chat aid. Although the response might be a bit slow, you’d get an answer wherever you are.
