Jobs weekly: moves at Dream Games, Rovio, Hutch, Mistplay and more

Dream Games: The Royal Match maker announced it is opening up a new London office and has appointed its first chief marketing officer Richard Hocking.

Hocking joins from King, where he was global head of marketing, and prior to that he spent 12 years at Starcom.

Hocking will be joined in the new London office by chief people officer Anju Sethi, as we reported previously. Sethi has previously worked with people strategy and employee experience at King, Google and Tesco.

Rovio: The Angry Birds maker has appointed Maria Maunula as senior producer on the Moomin: Puzzle and Design team. She moves from her role as lead producer at Dodreams, and has previously worked as producer at Seriously and Nitro Games.

Hutch: Former HB Studios producer Scott Sanford has moved to the same role at Hutch’s Nova Scotia, Canada office.

Misplay: Christine Rubin is the player rewards firm’s new senior account manager. She moves from Tapjoy, where she held the same role, and has previously worked at Moloco and JCDecaux. Sabrina Aguzzi has also joined Mistplay in the last few weeks as its new senior copywriter. Aguzzi joins from Unity, where she was digital marketing copywriter.

Space Ape: The Beatstar maker has a new talent partner, Rew Hawkins. He moves to the London studio having worked previously at Scede, and previously WeGift and Klarna.

Raptor PR: Former Sensor Tower mobile insights strategist Craig Chapple has joined the PR firm as head of content. Chapple has also previously worked as senior editor of pocketgamer.biz and held editorial roles at Nintendo UK and Develop magazine.

Icy Ghost: The Tel-Aviv start-up formed by former Jelly Button folks has hired another former colleague Hanan Fogel as senior Unity developer. He was previously client team leader at Jelly Button, and has also worked at 7 Elements Studios and Space Cowboys.
