I always look forward to my conversations with Marsha. She goes above and beyond to establish a relationship by striking the perfect balance of careful listening, asking thought-provoking questions, laughter, and showing me how to be my own cheerleader. The wisdom, insight, tools, and mindset strategies that I’ve learned have truly transformed every area of my life. I know who I am! I know how to challenge and reframe my thoughts! Now, I’m ready and fully equipped to enjoy life.

I attended the LIPSTICK Retreat hosted by Marsha Gill. I was so very grateful I did and here is why. It was so much fun, insightful and refreshing for me spiritually, mentally and physically. Marsha provided a very relaxed and non-requirement environment. I wasn’t required to look a certain way or behave a certain way. I laughed so much that I was tired from the fun of it. The material she provided for the sessions was well thought out and presented in a way that simple, understandable and applicable to our lives. Also, the food was GOOD!! I hope she will do it again and I am able to attend.

The LIPSTICK Retreat was an amazing experience! It was an opportunity to step away from the norm of life and connect to parts of us that may sometimes feel neglected in our day to day. One of the greatest parts was that it was not about religion, but rather your relationships! Not only with GOD, but with yourself! Fostering those relationships and making them healthy for you! And teaching you that You matter! I loved every part of it!
The host was wonderfully genuine. She actually listened to any concerns and explored other perspectives to engage us to think differently about what happiness, joy, love, peace, support, truth, and other goals of life look like! You need to experience this for yourself!
I'm looking forward to the next one and can't wait to invite others to join me!

Marsha Gill, owner and Counselor of MG Coaching Boutique, one of our Keynote Speakers, partnered with Winning Women to cover the subject of Caring for Your Spirit, Soul, and Body from a Biblical and Kingdom perspective. Marsha shared that Soul Care, from a clinical perspective, is so important because of the adverse effects on the psyche. Stress is one of the main factors that can cause mental trauma, and without proper identification and follow-up care, can become quite debilitating. She gave the participants a handout to identify these stressors and calculate the level of stress you may be under. However, she did not just leave us there, she has a method she calls ACT (Activate, Cultivate, Thrive Confidently) which is about taking action. Marsha fielded many questions that day and the participants where very receptive of all God brought forth that day.
