Solution: Bring 3 Power Cells that are located in the Water Facility area, follow the cables to find them

First Iteration Solution:

1. Bring Power Cell 1 into the elevator shaft and power the generator near Deep Underground Elevator Dead Drop to open this Puzzle Door
2. Take the Power Cell 2 out of the Cell Holder in the middle room
3. To disable the blue barrier for Power Cell 3 take out of the Cell Holder Power Cell 1
4. Bring all of the Power Cells to the East Collection Point Generator Puzzle

First Iteration Locations:

• Power Cell 1
• Power Cell 2
• Power Cell 3

Second Iteration Solution:

1. Open Puzzle Door and take Power Cell 1 with you
2. Power one of the Cell Holder in the room to disable the blue barrier and take Power Cell 2
3. Power another Cell Holder and take Power Cell 3
4. Pile all of them in the middle room, take one of the Power Cells with you and use the green hatch on the wall to open the Puzzle Door
5. Power the Puzzle Door from outside
6. Bring all of the Power Cells to the East Collection Point Generator Puzzle

1. Place Power Cell 1 into the RIGHT Cell Holder to power the Puzzle Door 1
2. Take Power Cell 2 out of the building
3. Place Power Cell 1 into the MIDDLE Cell Holder to power the Puzzle Door 2
4. Place Power Cell 2 into the Cell Holder behind [Puzzle Door 2]() to power the Puzzle Door 3
5. Bring all of the Power Cells to the Dig Site Generator Puzzle I

First Iteration Locations:

Loot:

• 4x Industrial Crate [T3]

2. Open the Blue Barrier Puzzle Door to get to the Power Cell 3
3. Bring the Power Cell 3 to the Dig Site Generator Puzzle II
