The Citation Cleanup and
Repair That Does it All
Perfect your citation profile and increase your rankings! Weâll clean up
your listings, remove duplicates & enhance your citations â all of âem.
Why Youâre Here, And Why You Came to the Right Place
It all comes down to the NAP: Name, address and phone numbers. When any one of these comes up wrong in your results, it means problems like confused customers and angry search engines. Our process starts with an extensive citation audit, followed by several rounds of aggressive, targeted outreach.
Worst Case Scenario
Customers
Your customers wonât like showing up at the wrong location or calling the wrong number. When you break their heart, Yelp will be right there with a shoulder to cry on.
Search Engines
Search engines interpret incorrect citation as a new listing, or as a manipulative listing. You divide-and-conquer yourself through in-fighting and penalties while your competitors watch with glee.
You donât need that.
Thatâs why weâve developed the most exhaustive, take-no-prisoners citation cleaning process that exists anywhere. Our team storms the big directories, the medium ones and even the ones that just about everyone else misses. This isnât a game. At least we donât seem to think so â I canât speak for our competitors. You may not realize that cleaning up your citations can actually mean bigger and better results than you could expect from producing brand new ones. Give us a chance, and weâll show you how much power you can buy for such an affordable price.
How We Do It Better
Exhaustive Outreach
Some helpful directories make it easy to change information, but others require emailsâemails to people who really donât want to read them. We aggressively pursue bad information until we have someoneâs attention.
Fight to the Death
Anyone who is promising fast results is promising bad results. Our six-week campaign length gives us the time to address all of the most-important directories and motivate the laziest gatekeepers they can throw at us.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's included?
After scouring the web for incorrect citations our team will personally reach out to each and every single directory â often multiple times â to get them to update your citations with the correct info. Youâll receive a progress report at the end of each cycle (roughly every 2 weeks) and a final whitelabeled report once the cleanup is finished.
How does it work?
Itâs exactly what youâd imagine: manual, arduous outreach with the persistence of a mosquito, cunning of a fox, and sweetness of honey. An audit will be done to find all your existing citations before we start chipping away at them. Hereâs how it works:
1. Search for each websiteâs contact information
2. 3 rounds of outreach over a 6-week period
3. Results delivered, with a summary of work completed
How long will it take?
Anyone who is promising fast results is promising bad results. Our six-week campaign length gives us the time to address all of the most-important directories and motivate the laziest gatekeepers they can throw at us.
What do you guarantee?
We guarantee that a real live member of our team will personally reach out to each directory and citation source â no automation here! If weâre not getting many responses, weâll do an additional round of outreach at no charge.

How long does a citation cleanup campaign run?
Six weeks from start to finish. Why so long? We donât just hit up the big directories, we contact everyone. We donât believe in shortcuts at Loganix, because we realize it is more than just citation consistency, itâs brand and messaging consistency. Donât settle for any less than the full job. Your cleanup is done in three 2-week increments: week one outreach, week 2 wait, reply and update status. Rinse and repeat.
Do you need my email address for outreach?
If you or your client can give us an email address (with webmail access) that is associated to the business we are cleaning up, AWESOME. In campaigns where we have use of this, our success rate is much higher. Otherwise, we create a dedicated outreach email address like yourclientbusinessname@outlook.com and use it. Donât worry, weâll share the logins with you!
How do you handle verifications?
In short, we donât â well, we canât. If citations require phone or physical mail verifications, itâs not possible for us to accomplish this, especially in a whitelabel capacity. However, we will provide you with instructions and advice on how to verify these important listings.
What is your typical cleanup success rate?
Generally speaking, without any logins or email associated to the business, we average about 70%. Not bad considering we need to convince a ton of directories that donât care to a) trust that we represent you, and b) care enough to update your info. If we do have an email address (or better yet, logins) we can produce even better results.
Do you clean up at the aggregator level?
As much as we would like to be able to update aggregator citations, itâs the aggregators that refuse to work with anyone who is not in a direct partnership with them. Weâve reached out repeatedly over the years, but they donât even open our emails (and trust us, weâve sent A LOT of emails). If thereâs an aggregator thatâs causing problems with your citations, our Support team can provide recommendations on how to get those updated.
Do all the incorrect citations in my audit need to be cleaned up?
How do you know which incorrect or inconsistent citations in your citation audit need to be cleaned up to make the biggest impact? You donât know. No one does.
Our best guess is that you should clean up based on authority priority â choose a metric like Domain Rank (Ahrefs), Domain Authority (Moz), or organic traffic (also available via Ahrefs) â and gather these metrics for all the inconsistent citations you have. Sort from highest to lowest, and work your way down the list. Even if you donât get to them all, youâve started with what we might fairly assume are the most trusted.
Alternatively, just do âem all. Choose a cleanup service like Loganix, or roll up your sleeves and start sending some emails.
