Sunsetting the Slack Community

Here at Jetpack CRM, we’ve always valued the relationships we’ve built with you over the years. We’ve continued to grow thanks to your continued feedback and support.

In order to increase our productivity, we reviewed some of the systems and processes we have in place. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to close down the Jetpack CRM Slack community, effective May 11, 2023.

Contributing to this decision was the fact that we were never able to dedicate the energy we needed to make it the vibrant community we envisioned at launch. Likewise, there have been some issues with spam that degraded the experience. As we strive to maintain a high-quality experience for all involved, it is essential to address such concerns and ensure that our primary communication tools remain as productive and hassle-free as possible, both for you and for us.

Note that the closure of the JPCRM Slack community will not impact our commitment to providing you with the support you need. People with paid plans will continue to receive email support from our world-class Happiness Engineers. Additionally, we encourage all users to take advantage of the free support forums at WordPress.org.

We appreciate your understanding and believe that this decision will help to streamline our communication processes and improve overall efficiency within the team.
