Account Executive

ZenAdmin is an end-to-end workforce management system. We serve as the primary source of truth for streamlining your people, IT, & finance operations. Easily manage everything from onboarding, procurement, devices, and attendance to offboarding from a single platform!

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable revenue.
  • Engaging with potential clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present ZenAdmin’s solutions.
  • Conducting product demos to showcase the value and benefits of ZenAdmin’s platform.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Executing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position ZenAdmin’s offerings.
  • Working closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You are experienced in a sales development or account executive role, preferably in SaaS, technology sectors or EOR firms.
  • You have Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • You possess experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • You are Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry, adapting to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
