Support.
When you request support, you will be required to provide your name, email, and optional link to your website. Your email will always be kept confidential, but your name will publicly appear next to your support thread. The site link, if provided, will only be visible to site support admins of HDPlugins.
HDPlugins will only use your support email for support related activities, such as notifying you of a reply to your support request.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you add a product to the cart “Add To Cart” we will use a cookie to track your added products so that we can facilitate the checkout process. No personal data is included in these cookies. Only the product ID and quantity is stored.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment (to an article, or reply to a support thread), the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provided during registration. New user registration automatically occurs when you purchase a product for the first time. This is used solely to track license registration for our products and is not shared with any third parties.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
