At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, document, and implement software development processes for Benjamin that align with industry best practices and are tailored for our operations
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing software processes, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with developers, architects, and top management to ensure that software processes support technical and business objectives
Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of software processes and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements
Provide training and support to the development team on best practices and process improvements
Conceptualize and design the full software lifecycle, from ideas to production and maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software process management, with a proven track record of implementing and improving development processes
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards
