Pre-Sets
There are 15 pre-set character appearances for both male and female models. Beginning in early 2025, players will have the option to play as a ghoul.

Notes
- After the player is satisfied with their appearance, they choose a name and snap a picture of it using photomode. The picture then appears on a Vault-Tec ID card, displayed alongside the name and rank.
- Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and Fallout 76 are the games in which a ghoul can be chosen as the player character.
