Background[]
As a front for Site Charlie, Thomas ran R&G Processing Services with an unusually light workload and multiple employee benefits including recreational activities and up to three hour lunches. Employees were told that all of this was because of Thomas's commitment to worker safety and health over profits, while also being warned not to tamper with the elevator and to not ask too many questions. Thomas had an arrangement with a government contact, whose name was encrypted in emails, that the company was kept afloat in exchange for keeping things quiet about Site Charlie's existence.[1]
