Lisa M. Fields was an administrator at the RobCo Research Center before the Great War.

Background[]

Lisa attempted to dispel Sergei's rumors that RobCo was prototyping appendages for a "Mr. Torturer" line of robots for the government. Sergei also heard that they were conducting pain threshold tolerance experiments in the facility, which Lisa also vehemently denied, though she claimed that she would have had no problem with it if it was true.[1] She also warned an R&D employee after he changed the Voice of Watoga's personality and voice to resemble his deceased mother. Although Lisa understood his situation, having lost someone herself, it went against the contract guidelines and she told him to cease his "tinkering" or else risk being fired.[2]

Lisa also struck a deal with Scott Turner, in whom she saw great potential. She helped him with his "side project" of a facial recognition program by getting approval from the board of directors, a near-unanimous decision. However, she told him to securely encrypt his information and avoid advertising his project, as she was cautious of HR renegotiating their contracts. She wished him good luck, but also warned him not to forget "who [his] friends are" when he became successful.[3] However, after Scott formed the Free Watoga People's Party to get revenge against the city, he became involved with protesters that harassed military convoy deliveries. Lisa, aware of this information, sent him a message on September 12, 2077, warning him to hand over the information he knew about the attacks.[4]
