Jesse "The Dancin' Bandit" White was a pre-War musician who performed country music.
Background[]
Jesse put on an "Outdoor Honkytonk" concert at The Rusty Pick on October 22, 2077, one day before the Great War.[1] The setlist was composed of thirteen songs and the stage was set up on a flatbed parked outside of the bar. A talented guitarist who played in Jesse's band survived the Great War and joined the Free Radicals, later becoming known as Dogbreath.[2]
