Dave is a deceased isolationist in Appalachia.
Background[]
Dave lived an isolated life at the South Mountain lookout with his dog, Rufus. After Rufus was taken by raiders from The Freak Show, Dave left to save his companion, knowing that they would both likely die in the process.[1]
Rufus is found dead in a locked cage at The Freak Show, laying next to what appears to be Dave's skeleton.
