Charlotte was a city in North Carolina before the Great War.
Background[]
The city was home to either the headquarters or a manufacturing facility of Lee Rapid Pharmaceuticals, as the town's name can be seen on the gauges of the health dispensers found throughout the Anchorage Reclamation simulation.
A post-War group in Charlotte particularly disliked ghouls, and Penelope Hornwright had to wear a balaclava to mask her identity while traveling with them. She was eventually exposed as being a ghoul and was forced out of the city.[1]
