Bedford is a town in the former state of Pennsylvania.
Background[]
While trying to reach Appalachia in the immediate aftermath of the Great War, Jim Walker and Nathan Broadhurst were captured by hostile survivors who had control of the town. These survivors were led by a bald man, had already fortified the town by building a wall around it, and made use of motorcycles. Walker and Broadhurst were restrained and imprisoned in the town's bank, but managed to free themselves and tried to escape across the rooftops. They were spotted, and Walker was killed by the survivors trying to jump from one roof to another.[1]
