The baby rattle is a junk item in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
A faded green and yellow plastic toy that is used to entertain babies and small children. When shaken it produces a rattling noise which is where its name derives from.

The baby rattle can be broken down in to its individual components for use in crafting:

- One in the East Kanawha lookout.
- One on a baby cot in the first house on the left when walking down from the church towards High Street in Harpers Ferry.
- One on a mattress at Morgantown Station.
- One each can always after joining a new world be found together with a toy truck in a changing table dresser:
- In Harpers Ferry on the porch where Vendor bot Wallace used to be stationed, in the house on the corner of High Street and Washington Street, and in the house directly to the north of that house.
- In Ella Ames' bunker.
- In the southeasternmost dwelling at The Retreat.
- In the westernmost house at Seneca Rocks Visitor Center.
- In an apartment in the bank building in Morgantown.
- In the house ruins directly east of the south gate in Huntersville.
- On an unmarked abandoned farm east of WV Lumber Co.
- In the left apartment on the 2nd floor of Shadowbreeze Apartments.
