Anne is one of the people who work at WRVR alongside George Cooper and Rex Goodman. She used to be a seamstress before she began performing in radio plays with her colleagues at WRVR.[1]

She may constantly walk around while inside the station, making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to engage in dialogue.[verified]
- She should eventually sit down, upon which she can be spoken to without interruption.
- If she is killed when a settlement is attacked, her corpse may not disappear.[verified]
- She may not sell the Minutemen hat after her store restocks. Assigning her to a different job, then reassigning her back to a clothing emporium fixes the issue.[verified]
- After recruiting Anne Hargraves and assigning her to Sanctuary Hills, she will then exit the building and head directly to the settlement, resulting in her getting stuck in the river north of WRVR Broadcast Station, and subsequently drowning. [verification needed]
