• Registering the Dawntrail Expansion

  In order to play the Windows®, Steam, or Mac versions of Dawntrail, you must redeem the registration code you received with your purchase. Pre-order bonus codes and registration codes are two different codes. Even if you have registered a pre-order bonus code for early access, you will still need to redeem your Dawntrail registration code to continue playing after the early access period.
  
  Users on the PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, or Xbox Series X|S versions will not need to register a separate code as they are automatically registered for the full version upon purchasing the expansion.

  * Dawntrail registration codes can be redeemed on Mog Station starting from Monday, 1 July 2024 at 15:05 (GMT) / 16:05 (BST) / Tuesday, 2 July 2024 at 1:05 (AEST).
  * Please note that if you have a character logged out in an expansion area that you do not have registered to your account after early access ends then you will not be able to log in with that character until you redeem your full registration code.
  * Early access will end on Friday, 5 July 2024 at 23:59 with the region of your Square Enix account determining the time zone. North American accounts will adhere to (PDT), European accounts will adhere to (GMT), and Japanese accounts will adhere to (JST).

  Crystalline Conflict Season Eleven has drawn to a close! With the conclusion of Season Eleven, a pre-season period will begin with Patch 7.0.

  • To Our Top-ranked Competitors
    

    Congratulations on a season well fought! Please be sure to collect your hard-earned ranking rewards from your local delivery moogle.
    * Rewards from Season Eleven are scheduled to be delivered after the release of Patch 7.01.
    During the release of Patch 7.0, we are anticipating login congestion as well as high server load resulting from the delivery of in-game items from the Dawntrail Collector’s Edition and pre-order bonuses. As this may impede reward delivery, or cause variations in timing due to server load, we are moving the delivery period to a later timing to ensure rewards are properly delivered.
    

  • To All Players Ranked Bronze or Higher
    

    Well fought and good show! Your tier rewards may be claimed by speaking with the seasonal quartermaster at the Wolves' Den Pier (X:4.9 Y:5.7).
    * Please note that Season Eleven tier rewards may be collected until the end of the pre-season. Don't forget to claim your spoils!

  • Pre-season Rankings
    

    Tier and riser placements, as well as Crystal Credits, will remain in effect for ranked matches during the pre-season.
    However, the PvP rankings will not be updated, and ranking and tier rewards will not be awarded at the end of the pre-season.
    

  • Season Twelve Preliminary Rankings
    

    Players who finish the pre-season above the Bronze tier will begin Season Twelve at Bronze 3 with zero Rising Stars.

  It is our pleasure to announce the start of early access for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail! As of today, those who pre-ordered Dawntrail can set sail for Tural ahead of the official launch on Tuesday, 2 July.
  
  We hope you enjoy the new adventures that await in Tural!

  Please Be Mindful About Spoilers

  During the early access period, there will be no restrictions on what content you can discuss, post, or stream while following the Material Usage License Agreement. However, we ask that early access players please be considerate and do their best to avoid posting spoiler-related content as there are those players who may start at the official launch or play at their own pace.
  
  This doesn’t mean that players cannot stream or share the content they’re playing, we just ask everyone to be mindful about what they’re sharing publicly as they explore the new adventures in Dawntrail!
  
  * Please be advised that data mining is a violation of the FINAL FANTASY XIV User Agreement.

  Pre-order Bonus Code Registration

  During early access, players who have registered a pre-order bonus code and met the requirements to enter Dawntrail areas will be able to begin playing as soon as maintenance concludes. Read the instructions for registering your bonus code and participating in early access.
  
  * Those who do not fulfil the requirements to enter Dawntrail areas can still enjoy Dawntrail-related content outside of the main scenario if they have registered their pre-order bonus code.

  Regarding Congestion During Early Access and Launch

  With the launch of a new expansion, we are expecting far more simultaneous logins compared to usual. Learn more about the congestion that may occur during the early access period and release of Dawntrail in our recent announcement.

• Tales of Adventure Items and Fantasia Updated

  The lineup of Tales of Adventure optional items on the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Store will be updated on Friday, 28 June around 10:00 (GMT) / 11:00 (BST) / 20:00 (AEST). Additionally, the functionality of phials of Fantasia will be updated with the release of Patch 7.0 scheduled for the same time.

  * The featured items will be available for purchase after the scheduled maintenance on Friday, 28 June around 10:00 (GMT) / 11:00 (BST) / 20:00 (AEST). Please visit the News section for detailed maintenance information.
  * During periods immediately following the sale of new optional items, congestion in the delivery system may cause item deliveries to take longer than usual.
  

  Tales of Adventure

  Do you want to jump straight into the latest duties without having to level up first? Or perhaps you would like to catch up with your friends? If so, the Tales of Adventure optional items can give you the boost you need!
  
  To coincide with the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail, new Tales of Adventure will be added.
  

  Main Scenario Progression

  Tales of Adventure: Endwalker will be added, which can be used to complete all main scenario quests up through the Endwalker quest "The Coming Dawn."
  * To coincide with the addition of the Tales of Adventure: Endwalker optional item, the prices of previous Tales of Adventure main scenario progression optional items have been reduced.

  One Hero's Journey

  New versions of Tales of Adventure will be added for all jobs through Endwalker which will instantly level them to level 90 when used.
  * Tales of Adventure items to boost a job to level 80 will no longer be available for purchase. Any of these items already in your possession can still be used.
  

  One Retainer's Journey

  Tales of Adventure: One Retainer's Journey IV will instantly level a retainer to level 90.
  * Tales of Adventure: One Retainer's Journey III will no longer be available for purchase. Any of these items already in your possession can still be used.

  Fantasia

  Fantasia functionality will be changed at the release of Patch 7.0. From Patch 7.0 onward, using a phial of Fantasia to edit your character details will allow you the ability to re-edit your character as many times as you like for 60 minutes (Earth time) of in-game playtime which begins after you log into the game following the initial edit. The 60 minutes will be counted based on playtime and will not count down while you are logged out or have closed the game client.

  It is with great pleasure that we announce the patch notes for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail have been released in their entirety, including all you need to know about job actions, materia, and more!
  
  The stage is set for new adventures as players journey to the far-western continent of Tural. There, you will encounter a thrilling story in the main scenario; two new jobs, viper and pictomancer; the newly playable female Hrothgar; and more! With an increased level cap, new actions to master, and a breathtaking graphical update, there is much to see and more to do in this exciting new update to FINAL FANTASY XIV.
