Important: If you have multiple Nintendo Accounts (parent and child accounts) with your email address associated, please use the box provided to tell us which account was trying to redeem the code.
Instructions:
- Clearly write your Nintendo Account email address near the scratched code of your Download Code insert (see example below).
- Take a photo of your insert. Make sure that both your Nintendo Account email address and the scratched code are in the photo.
- Attach the photo of the insert using the “Choose File” button below.
