As of today, February 6th, 2017, the Homestead update—part of Update 13—for The Elder Scrolls Online is released for players on PC/Mac. The update will be released for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on February 21st.
Update 13 adds several homes purchasable by players in many different provinces and for a variety of prices. You can see a list of the available homes here. After obtaining relevant achievements, the houses may be purchased with in-game gold 
, or alternatively you can buy a house directly with Crowns 
from the Crown Store.
