Hoarfrost Grotto is a test cell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is an ice cave without any existing exits that contains several ice wraiths, a frost atronach and a single chest.

- This cell was referenced and used as a location name in the role playing game Octopath Traveler. The location features an ice giant closely resembling a frost atronach as a boss, similar to how the Hoarfrost Grotto in Skyrim features a frost atronach.
