IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Coasters are almost always in stock, but can quickly become sold out if there’s a promotion.

Placemats are partly stocked at all times, so may require making to order.

Similarly, clocks are partially stocked but are mostly made to order.

Please give a little more time for me to prepare your order. I work mostly alone and Christmas can get busy!

I’ll do my best to accomodate rush request (see next panel).

I’m not Amazon and I don’t do Prime 🙂 I can try to get things out to you if you have a looming deadline, say someone’s anniversary or a major life milestone. Please get in touch by email and we’ll see if we can sort it out.

Special Delivery (UK) is of course available if you’re happy to cover the additional cost.

International Tracked is the default method overseas. This is about as fast as it gets, typically 7–10 days to the US from the day of despatch.

A signature may not always be taken for delivery, especially in the UK with Royal Mail.

In case no one is available, our carriers may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.

A card should be left to inform you of this arrangement or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or schedule a new delivery date.
