Laser cut 30cm diameter cell pattern wall clock

Description

This is a gorgeous, contemporary wall clock featuring a computer generated “cell” pattern. If you are looking for an unusual and quirky cell science based design for a wall clock, this is it.

The clock face measures 30cm diameter and comes with a high quality German made UTS quartz movement.

The clock begins its life by being laser cut from veneered oak, walnut or zebrano board. Oak is used for a light and contemporary feel, walnut is dark and solid, while zebrano gives a lovely stripey high end feel.  I hand choose the sheets from the wood merchants and decide which part of the board will be used, to ensure that no knots or veneer joins are included.

I finish each face by hand sanding. The oak face is left untreated in order to highlight the paleness of the wood, while the walnut and zebrano are lacquered to bring out the richness of the woods.

Each clock is given a final check before being well packaged to arrive safely at your door.
