We had insightful discussions with 18 European dealers and the Bomag team about ensuring uptime and the challenges that come with it. 💡 When it comes to Bomag, two things really stood out to us: 1) Bomag is an impressive company. Their treatment of dealers, us as a software vendor, and especially their interactions within the company, highlighted their strong family-like character. 🤝🏽 2) They are committed to innovation and agility, striving to enable their dealers to provide superior service to end customers. 🫡 In our presentation we focussed on the latter: how to ensure machine uptime? Neither OEMs nor dealers can ensure uptime for end customers on their own. It’s the collaboration between these two parties that enables proactive services for end customers. This is where our platform comes in: we unify and integrate OEMs, dealers, and machines, leveraging data to ensure global parts availability and local service fulfillment. 💡 With ongoing globalization, technician shortages, and increasingly complex machinery, ensuring uptime has never been more challenging. However, we now have unprecedented technology at our disposal.
