Michigan Department of Treasury Scorecard

Scorecard Owner: Rachael Eubanks, Treasurer

Measuring Performance
Treasury currently oversees scorecards for its six business areas, along with 14 bureaus and/or offices. Additionally maintained is this publicly accessible top-level department scorecard on Michigan's Open Data Portal. These scorecards and metrics serve as valuable tools to steer behavior towards improvement and aid in making informed, data-driven decisions. Treasury Scorecards consist of a variety of measures, each reflecting Treasury's Values of Integrity, Inclusion & Diversity, Innovation, and Public Service.
Within each of these categories are vital measures that highlight our successes and progress and help identify areas of opportunity.  Scorecards are updated monthly, though some metrics may reflect quarterly or longer current data tracking periods. Treasury's Strategic Plan was refreshed in 2023 and reflects the department's commitment to operational excellence.
