The #offshore environment in which flexible pipes exist – from subsea structures up to and beyond the sea surface – exacerbates the difficulty and cost associated with the repair, refurbishment and replacement of these assets. Various types of defects in the carcass and pressure amour of a flexible pipe can affect its #integrity, making it difficult to assess the exact condition of the asset. It is recommended to implement an #integritymanagement strategy and inspection program as early as practicable and to record results at regular intervals throughout the asset's operational lifecycle. ROSEN supports operators with specialized finite element analysis (FEA), free volume annulus testing and tailored in-line inspection routines. When the #beachvibes take hold, flamingos make a stopover, and colorful cocktails are served, all signs point to ROSEN Summer Night! A few weeks ago, our test field in Lingen (Ems), Germany, where our inspection tools are usually tested, was transformed into a #summerparty location. Food trucks, a beach area, and live music created a great atmosphere. Even though the sun didn’t show up, around 1600 colleagues and their companions partied, laughed, and danced throughout the evening. It was fantastic! #empoweredbytechnology

Trained in data evaluation for our EMAT technology, Vanessa made it her priority to train our prospective Data Analysts and equip them, with all the knowledge they need to succeed. By working with colleagues from a wide range of nationalities, her work is particularly international. Continuously ensuring that our new recruits in data evaluation feel welcome in Germany – just like her trainer did with her back then. Our colleagues in Canada are given eight hours a year to get involved in the community as part of #corporatevolunteering. Five colleagues recently took this opportunity to help at Providence School, a longstanding resource in Calgary, Canada, supporting children with developmental disabilities for the past 80 years. Our ROSEN volunteers contributed by developing essential communication resources for children such as vocabulary boards, flip books, and classroom visual supports that can assist with changes to daily routines.
