Hi, I’m Sumit Sao. For over seven years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of blogging, SEO, affiliate marketing, sales funnels, AI tools, and no-code builder tools.

I believe in transparency and authenticity, and that’s exactly what I bring to my product reviews.

Want to know about our review guidelines?

Here’s how I select and analyze products to ensure you get the most reliable and detailed reviews.

🔍 Our Evaluation Criteria (i.e. Review Guidelines)

Here is our evaluation criteria that you should know.

1. Hands-On Experience and Research Approach

When it comes to reviewing products, my first step is always to get my hands on the product.

I purchase and personally test as many products as I can.

This hands-on experience is crucial to providing you with an accurate and in-depth review.

However, I’m also realistic – it’s not possible to test every product out there.

In cases where I can’t personally try the product, I rely on a deep research methodology.

I delve into forums, Reddit threads, YouTube reviews, and customer feedback, compiling all this information to give you a well-rounded view of the product.

This blend of personal testing and thorough research ensures that my reviews are both authentic and comprehensive.

2. Assessing Functionality, Quality, and Usability

Quality, functionality, and usability are the pillars of my review process.

I scrutinize each product for its overall quality, examining everything from build to performance.

But a great product isn’t just about quality; it’s also about how easy and intuitive it is to use.

I look for products that offer a seamless user experience with a friendly user interface.

The expertise of the product’s team also plays a significant role in my evaluation.

And of course, the efficiency and turnaround time of services are key factors I always consider.

3. Downside of the Product

In my reviews, I make sure to talk about both the good and not-so-good parts of a product.

I don’t just say what’s great about it; I also really test it out and see what other people who’ve used it think.

This helps me figure out if there are any downsides or things that aren’t that great, which I then tell you about in my reviews and articles.

So, when you read them, you get to see the whole picture – the cool stuff and the stuff that might need some improvement.

4. Cost-Effectiveness

Balancing Price and Value As someone who understands the importance of budgeting, I always weigh the cost against the benefits of the product.

My focus is on identifying products that offer significant value without breaking the bank, especially for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

It’s about finding that sweet spot where affordability meets quality.

5. Evaluating Customer Support

Good customer support can make or break a product.

In my reviews, I pay close attention to the speed and quality of responses from customer service.

It’s not just about being quick; it’s about being effective and genuinely helpful.

I also look at how companies handle escalated issues – I believe a great support team must be proactive and committed to resolving problems.

6. Approach to Negative Reviews

I’m all about honesty in my reviews.

If a product doesn’t meet the mark, I’ll tell you. I focus on the top products, but sometimes, even the best have their downsides.

When I see a product consistently falling short, I won’t hesitate to point it out. It’s not about calling out the bad stuff for the sake of it.

It’s about being honest with you. If there’s a negative review on my site, it’s there because I believe you should know the full picture. I value honesty and want you to trust that I’ll always give you the real scoop, good or bad.

A perfect example is my FreshLearn Review.

Initially, I rated it highly at 4.7 out of 5. But over time, I noticed a surge of customer complaints on platforms like G2, signaling a significant drop in the product’s quality and customer satisfaction.

Acknowledging this shift, I took action. I meticulously gathered these customer complaints, even incorporating screenshots for authenticity, and re-evaluated my review. Based on this comprehensive reassessment, I revised FreshLearn’s rating dramatically from 4.7/5 to 1/5.

7. Honesty in Affiliate Relationships

I want to make it clear that some of my reviews include affiliate links, but this never sways my opinion or review process.

I am committed to honesty and transparency.

My reviews are my own, and affiliate relationships are only formed after I have already formed my opinion on the product.

This approach ensures that my reviews remain unbiased and focused on helping you make the best decision.
