Cynthia Torqueman was a reporter with ISN.
In 2259, Torqueman hosted an edition of 36 Hours, shot on Babylon 5. While on board, she conducted public and private interviews with all of the command staff and with the major ambassadors. One such interview with Delenn became upsetting when Torqueman asked how Humans, particularly those who had lost family and friends during the Earth-Minbari War, would view Delenn's transformation into a Human/Minbari hybrid. Despite a dangerous military confrontation between Narn and Centauri forces during Torqueman's visit, she was able to leave Babylon 5 safely and return to Earth with her crew.[1]
